We deliver Australia-wide and internationally.
All our garments are made to order as a result the expected delivery time will be 4 to 6 weeks from the time the order is placed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Australia-Wide Standard Shipping $10.00.
Courier: Australia Post
Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks*
International Shipping $25.00 AUD.
*Delivery times provided are an estimation only and can differ depending on your location. Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered.
**For International orders we cannot ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers or hotels.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include a tracking number so that you can track your order via the carrier’s website.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Zatoun Apparel ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and does not cover any customs, duties or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are at the receiver’s expense. Please note, Zatoun Apparel is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.
